The backing paper is from a joanna sheen fashion through the ages A5 pack, the stamp is a Michelle Marsden one, I used my new xyron design runner for part of the sentiment and a free from a mag stamp set for the happy birthday.
I wanted to do a card around a party frock theme, but with a choice of frocks. I used promarkers for the mannequin and distress inks on the matt, and the label. All was finished off with a girlie pink bow.
